Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will start ASAP and continue to February with the potential to extend or become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. The schedule for this position will be approximately 40 hours a week, 5 days a week in office as per the needs of the business. This role will be split between recruiting and providing support to the HR team as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Review and pre-screen applicants from job postings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Provide candidate recommendations to hiring team based on qualifications
- Partnering with hiring team and VP of HR to identify top talent
- Perform occasional HR Data Analysis as needed
- Participate on intake calls with teams to clarify job specifications and identify the ideal candidate profile
- Ad hoc HR duties and projects as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail
- The ability to recruit autonomously
- Proven track record of success with full cycle recruiting
- HR data analysis and HR generalist experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables is a nice to have
- Understanding of luxury and higher-level luxury positions, manager, director, and above
- Experience recruiting for luxury retail and corporate positions is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills
Salary: $30 - $35/hr
